Description

The light at 5th Avenue and Packard needs to be extended for EB Packard. Traveling east on Packard, at the light at 5th, 12-15 cars can get through the light from 5th to EB Packard. Traffic normally backs up at Packard and Division, understandably. Sat through 3 lights on Packard (being 3rd or 4th car), but yet Fifth Ave lets many cars through, but then they will block intersection when light turns red, so even WB can't move. It's getting insane since we STILL can't take Huron out of town.
