2 small dogs running loose in the area of the trailer court up the hill from the city farm. Almost hit one of them yesterday. one of them looks like a bloodhound type of puppy and the other was lighter brown and skinny. please look in the area to see if these dogs are still running loose. I was near 20 Halifax road when I saw them
