Description

I usually walk my dog late at night and for the past week or so have noticed cars pulling into the Bayport park parking lot with their lights switched off. This is then followed by a woman getting out from one car to another and both cars drive off. One is coincidence, but when I see this happening almost daily, you gotta wonder ...

There is just one operating light in the entire parking lot and the nearby street lights are also not working. My neighbors have complained about the burnt out lights for over a week but AMP has yet to fix them.
