This matter has been closed by the Roseville Police Department, thank you for reporting this issue. Officer Keary and Officer Gudel from our traffic bureau have been and will continue to spend time on your street enforcing traffic laws. They can only issue the driver of the black pickup truck who lives at 27848 Tighe a citation if they witness a violation. Sadly, we do not have the resources to devote an officer to one street in our city 24 hours a day. We will continue to monitor this situation.
