We will submit your request immediately to Santek Waste Services. If the request volume is large, it may take three to five business days for the bin to be delivered and/or repaired. You will need to leave your broken bin in a place visible to the crew and close to the curb by tomorrow at 7:00 AM. I am trying to understand why these request are not being fulfilled? We sent a request and we also email a request on top of the one that is automatically generated? So Santek is notified twice if not more times. Mr. Harvey wants someone to call him and I would appreciate someone from Santek responding to him. I don’t have an answer for him.
