Also lawn furniture sitting in front and side yard, trash on front landing under awning, dirty clothing hanging on "clothesline" in front/side yard (and on ground beneath or on lawn furniture).

The visitors and occupants at the property use the side yard as a toilet routinely. In plain sight.

Do your neighborly thing and help this guy out. He's not leaving Virginia to come here and mow the lawn.We don't want him here bringing any viruses with him. Get the homeless to clean up the yard, if you're not going to. Call the police if you see people living there and they won't clean up the yard.

Maybe you should have checked the date of this post or had a clue about the situation. Allan Stipe is deceased. Ownership has changed. The neighbors on this block have called the police time and again for various reasons. Drugs, violence, trespassing, etc. I am unable to cut my own lawn which is why I have a lawn service but feel free to come on by and help them out yourself.
