Weeping Willow tree is dead/dying and large branches are in danger of falling causing hazard to pedestrians, traffic and nearby utility boxes.

问 Where is the tree?
答 The tree is on the corner if Diversified Lane and Old Mill Road where Old Mill turns into Gudel Drive. The tree appears to be in my front yard but it was not planted by me and is actually on Howard County property.
