Description

The red light at the corner of Norton and Elm is evidently viewed as a mere suggestion. Every day I happen to notice several cars speed through (not just when the light is turning from yellow to red, but when the light is most definitely RED). Yesterday two cars barely missed each other when one ran the red light. There are a lot of kids, parents with strollers, and people walking dogs in this neighborhood, and we need a different solution for this intersection. Please put up stop signs and a flashing red light or install a camera or SOMETHING.
