10/8 - Observed progress in cleaning at rear, however, there was a pile of waste at curb. Spoke with tenants. They are going to call sanitation - they stated they were missed this morning. /// GED

10/15 - Observed trash bags at curb. Spoke with tenant. He explained that sanitation only picked up part of it because they said they saw some roaches. Tenant disclosed that they have been treating for roaches. They though they had sprayed bags to kill roaches. Follow up inspection needed. /// GED

10/25 - Received complaint message concerning mice and roaches at this property. /// GED
10/29 - Spoke with tenants as they were leaving drive. They said they had appointment but we could meet next week. They have my business card and will call to setup inspection. Observed waste at curb removed by sanitation this week. There is still some waste at the rear. /// GED

11/6 - Visited property. Sanitation took the trash they put out this week. Per tenant, they bombed Tuesday for the 3rd time. They did not want me to come in for an inspection. There still waste in backyard. Discussed and gave card to give to tenant who will setup interior inspection. /// GED

11/13 - Received call that nobody will be home this week because they have to go out of town. They will call next week to setup inspection. /// GED

11/26 - Visited and inspected interior. They have bombed several times and are going to do some baiting. I observed roaches in all stages. Discussed cleaning and treating. They said sanitation has been taking their trash. Follow up in a few weeks. /// GED

12/10 - No answer at door. Observed trash bags, trash, garbage, rubbish and debris at rear of house. /// GED

12/11 - Inspected interior. Discussed exterior. There are less roaches than before. They said they are having T&L treat. They got quote the other day after site visit. They hope to have it treated by next week. /// GED

12/20 - Observed tires, trash, garbage, rubbish and debris on exterior. I did not get into do inspection. /// GED
12/20 - Issued order to owner. /// GED

12/30/2019 - Observed vehicle parts and rubbish by the garage plus interior furniture on the back deck. /// RLM

01/02/2020 - Issued 2nd order to property owner. /// RLM

1/15 - Observed some waste in rear. Progress has been made cleaning. Inspected interior. They stated that pest control came once and is coming back at end of the month. Needs follow up inspection. /// GED

1/27 - Received call from tenant to setup inspection. /// GED
1/28 - Observed waste removed from exterior. The pest control company is doing a good job at controlling roaches. Discussed further cleaning. Needs follow up inspection. /// GED
