Several streetlights on S State Street between S University and E Williams are out. It is very dark in the morning and difficult to see pedestrians in the crosswalks.

I reported this in the past month and nothing was done. City of Ann Arbor if the lights are maintain by the city this should be a priority. If they are maintain by DTE and they mentioned that were fixed that's incorrect.
