The public tree in front of 76 mansfield is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!
The city flagged it for removal over a year ago and it has not been removed. HUGE LIMBS are falling off the Tree and landing on the electric line! A tree limb fell on a walking kid last month! This tree is a liability and as the homeowner i want a public record of this danger in case someone is injured or a falling limb causes a electric FIRE@!
