Description
The yard at 1630 12th St N is once again overgrown with weeds and grass. It has downed limbs, leaves, beer cans and other trash in the yard. The palm tree has died and it falling into the yard in pieces. The owner is out of town (gone) and has been for months. The house has broken downspouts and litter on the porch.
