This tent has been near the Children's Playground in the Park for over a month now.

Resolved by the City of Berkeley

I'm wondering if the people in this tent were also given a $230 ticket, that also requires going to court or jail; like I was?
Or is that ticketing, a special treatment only reserved for homeless mothers with children?
not that I'm suggesting Berkeley go give out any other homeless people tickets.
Even I know how illegal that ticket is, how morally decrepit it is.
Seeing this issue, just shows me how much Berkeley city management, cares about us. Thanks for the special treatment.
