City staff have determined that referenced light(s) are owned and maintained by the City of Arbor. We have given this outage to our Signs and Signals Department. Thank you.

Apparently we're a month on and these lights are still burned out. Most of them don't look like Ann Arbor-owned lights, however. They're all cobra-head, non-LED lights, on metallic poles. There is a city-owned light nearby, the first on on Broadway east of this intersection. I've made a composite picture from streetview images and added it. You should probably re-evaluate whether these are city-owned. DTE could send a truck in a few minutes and fix most of these. Their yard is a stone's throw away.

I should label that. Left-most is the north corner, adjacent to Traver. The working light is farther north-east on Plymouth. The middle image is the east corner. The right image is the west corner, in front of the barber shop and near the party store.

I'm sorry, the easier way to describe the lights are that there are three poles there with lights and traffic signals on them. The lights that are out are all combination street light / traffic light arm poles.
