Driver is grabbing the large bag out of the cart and not emptying the cart all the way. she is still waiting on her cart to be emptied. THEIR IS A BAG OF APPLES IN A PUBLIC BAGS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CART AND IT IS STILL THERE. ROBIN IS SENDING THE LITTER TRUCK TO RETRIEVE THE BAG OF ROTTEN APPLES. JUST FYI
