Anxious to see the trail clrared of all debris and mud.

Thank you for alerting us to the construction site issues on Maple street. Our land development inspector has inspected the site and found the required erosion control measures to be installed and functioning as intended. Road cuts required for utility work will continue to be monitored closely and we will continue to monitor the sites for conformance to the approved plans.

There is still mud on the trail that will be going into the creek. Is the builder not required to keep that clear?
