Description
Customer had trash cart taken from Advance Disposal; she called and ordered a trash cart. She called Advance and they stated trash cart was deliver on November 7 and the service agent looked in her notes and said that trash cart was not delivered because it was a trash can on site. The customer stated that she doesn't have a trash can and it is not on site. Therefore, Advance Disposal said they would issue out another trash cart but she has to wait another month.
