This man stands over a bicycle and wears a construction vest in pitch black darkness.

I was driving one day and he made sexual motions as I drove past him. Also he flashes a handhold strobe light at you when you pass.

He is out there every week around 11:30 pm and i looked up Sexual predators on megans law site and he is there.

I called the cops on him one time and they know about this guy.

There`s a lot of kids around this area and people who jog /walk around this park. Inform your family & children of this weirdo perv....

He also stands at the new light on oak drive and main street. on a bike with a kiddie trailer hooked up to the back of it...this guy is a weirdo for sure. Out late a night flashing lights as you drive by him...he is a freako

Its amazing at how fast people jump. The gentleman in the picture is definitely not the subject that you see standing there. Its funny how fast people jump to conclusions and post things. Next time, when you talk to Lower Salford Township Police about this subject, make sure you ask questions about him and listen, which I know is hard for most people to do, to what the officers have to tell you
