“No Parking” sign in front of Celia’s restaurant was knocked over a few weeks ago and is lying abandoned near the curb. About 10 feet south is where the sign used to be installed and the hole is covered by an orange cone. Since this is on ECR, not sure if it is MP’s responsibility or Caltrans.
