Description

Why is this light changing to red in front of Puerto rican home/bar? The Blast furnace is idled and the PR home is only open weekends. Put a blinking light or no light, It's not needed and just stops traffic on E.28th.

Still changes for no reason. E.28th should have a constant green or at least have a vehicle trip it, not have it change for no reason when trucks leave out from Vine gate anyways.
