Gee I wonder if this a "ride-share" car? When is the CPD going to start enforcing the no-stopping in bike-lanes law? They won't stop in the "travel lane" (read CAR travel lane!) because that might be a violation, and they don't want grief from other drivers. But endangering the lives of bike-riders is A-OK!

Bill - to give you some background on our increased focus on the area of concern, our officers have issued as many civil motor vehicle infractions (CMVIs) to vehicles obstructing bicycle lanes thus far this year as they did over the course of all of last year. The $50 fines do not affect the driver’s insurance rates, but do become part of their driving record. These fines exclude parking tickets, which are also issued to motorists obstructing lanes of travel.
