Top of the hill is 40MPH, no sign that says any different on the way down the hill and then a "Speed zone ahead" sign and ANOTHER 40MPH sign. But up the hill is 55MPH. Just tired of people tailgating me down the hill when I'm doing the POSTED, LEGAL speed limit.
