This is what the sidewalk looked on Sunday (11/24). The trash can is gone but the tenants are just dumping their trash on the sidewalk. It is spilling across the sidewalk. Someone put the larger bags at the curb but left the mess.

Does the neighborhood have to commence litigation against the city to get this fixed?

Tenants still dumping trash on the sidewalk. Some of it makes it to the curb but not all of it. But there is almost always at least one bag of trash on the sidewalk. Why isn't something done about this absentee landlord?

Garbage pickup day has come and gone and loose trash has been added to the pile.

Since this is now the master incident, please see how much worse this mess has gotten... we were looking for an improvement. Piles of trash bags. At least one has been ripped open and food is all over the sidewalk and street. You can see from the photo, just behind the bushes, the original pile of trash that has been there for 3 weeks now is still there.
