new intersection of route 10 off ramp and route 53. they have placed a arrow signal on the right turn lane and everyone stops and waits for the signal to turn green. They have thrown the right on red rule out the window with this one! cars back up behind the first car obeying the red arrow whilst no cars are coming on 53 north! This should be a stop sign OR a yield BUT not a confusing arrow signal!
