It wasn't the city. It was the new development. They tore the fence down it was on the new property. So I believe the fence is the home owners.

That's incorrect Anthony, the fence was across the dead end of Barren Fork Boulevard on the Lake Forest side.

The material was placed by the developer for the property owner's use. We will make effort to contact the property owner to see if the fence can be disposed. If the property owner would like to dispose of the fence, then he/she will be directed to place it on the right-of-way for pick up.

The Lake Forest HOA installed this fence across the dead end of Barren Fork Boulevard back in year 2012. I lived here when they installed it across the dead end. I don't understand how that would make this a developer issue since the city removed the fence when Barren Fork Boulevard was connected all the way through to allow vehicle traffic to use the road. Wasn't it the City of Huntsville that connected this road and not the developer?
