Is there a sign we can put on Tuolumne street for drivers to slow down or that cameras are watching?

Yesterday, we discovered an intoxicated reckless driver drove into the gate on our property leaving pieces of their car in the grill.

This is the third crazy car crash against residents’ cars or property on Tuolumne and Nebraska intersection that has created crazy damage to our private property. I heard these crashes at night with these unsafe drivers driving off without any punishment and we are left to cover the damage. Please help as this occurrence has been observed and noted as very very frequent.
