311 isn't working (at least with Streets Dept on this issue). Streets marked this as resolved yet NOTHING has happened. There is about 3 to 4 feet in depth of construction debris and soil behind the entire width of 2229 Carpenter. Since October it has spread out a little to neighboring properties. The builder excavated the back yard and moved the excavation with other construction debris into the public alley. This is a public safety issue and is completely inconsiderate to the neighbors. The property-owner / builder should clean up and properly dispose of the soil and materials rather than waiting for the City to do it for them after the builder is gone!!! Please hold these builders accountable! Attaching photos this time around, since our previous post in October obviously did no good.
