Chronic drainage problem at the corner of Rosalie and Austin streets on the Southwest corner. The drain installed cannot handle a simple rain shower ever! This has been an ongoing issue for years and very little has been done to expand the drain. It is not a clogged drain! It is way to small to handle the smallest of moisture.
