Van buren between W gray and Peden is a high traffic area that is burden with multiple concerns: 1. The street does not drain and water is always standing on it, 2. The road is in bad shape and has multiple pot holes, 3. People park on the road/sidewalk for weeks at a time forcing pedestrians into a high traffic area, causing traffic jams, and also making it very difficult for residents to park in their driveways.
