The property at 2322 N Capitol NW is being renovated and had two illegal parking spots marked behind the property. (They do not meet DCRA specifications for a legal parking spot.) Today a car is parked there sticking out into the public alley space. Vehicles that park there risk blocking public space in the alley and should be ticketed.
