Sad to say that we need to reopen this issue, original posting from 12/5/2019 is archived and ZERO action has been taken. Drove by this location today and there is another camp on the West side of the property, visible from the street.

New tent behind the old Momentum dealership, green and nicely disguised under the large tree, however, the separation of the fence give it away nicely.

Would like to know if/how the property owner is regularly maintaining and monitoring this property. You may recall there was a large fire here a few months ago that required multi-agency assistance to extinguish. Note this is directly attributable to a lack of regular monitoring such that people forcibly entered the structure, made illegal residence there, and eventually caused the fire.
