Tenants are smoking at the stair exits within the common yards of the building. The smoke is travelling up and into the window of the apartment which is forcing us to now sleep with the windows closed.

In addition people within the apartments are smoking marijuana and the odor is flowing into the hallways. We now run past those apartments in order to not have to deal with the smell. I do not know if marijuana is considered smoking.

Property managers have done nothing about upon verbal notifications. They say they must catch someone in the act first.
