Who maintains along side of US19 in this area? The whole stretch from the Vietnamese plaza on 19 west corner of 62nd Ave N all the way north to Gandy on both sides is just a dump of garbage & litter. It's beyond disgusting. The whole front of the Vietnamese plaza is full of litter, Sprint property is full of litter, it is everywhere. If it's the property owners they need to get notified.
