Per the response provided by Tshai Nyamaa, Civil Engineer I, this intersection will go under additional review by the Transportation Engineering Department. The investigation will determine if a "no turn on red" sign is the most appropriate resolution for this intersection.

The response below has been provided by the Transportation Engineering staff:
"Staff has looked at this location and made an evaluation that has determined that at this time, this location does not warrant a "No Turn on Red" sign. We have checked for adequate sight distance and there is no history of safety issues at the intersection. We will continue to monitor this intersection in the future."
