Pedestrian Crosswalk located in front of the Playhouse on the Publix side of 16th Blvd is not working. Pressed the button to cross 16th Blvd and the signal never changed, stayed red throughout the duration of the green traffic signal. Crossed over to the pedestrian signal on the west side of 16th blvd (over the entrance to the Publix plaza) by the bus stop and it worked, pedestrian signal changed.
