Description
Please advise - Is NW 36th Lane @ NW 25th CT designed as a one way or two way street? Persons who live in Fletcher Oaks on NW 26 St use NW 36th Lane heading East to turn South onto NW 25th CT for entry to their rear entry garages. The South end of NW 25th Ct is marked as "Do Not Enter" from NW 26th Street as it should be. What is happening on NW 36th Lane between NW 25th Ct and NW 26th Street is two-way traffic on NW 36th LN which does not appear to be wide enough or designed for two-way traffic. All other roadways in Walnut Creek and Fletcher Oaks which provide entryway to homes with rear-garages are one way in and one way out. Not so on NW 36th Lane. Two cars cannot be on the road at the same time yet it is being used by Walnut Creek residents leaving and heading South on NW 25th Ct, then West on NW 36th Lane while at the same time Fletcher Oaks residents are turning East on NW 36th LN to gain entry to their homes with rear entry garages. At the same time, other Fletcher Oaks residents also use NW 25th Ct to leave their homes and head North instead of South to reach NW 26th St. It's a free for all. Can we get some signage if these roads are one way? Or Post "Do Not Enter" sign onto NW 36th Lane at NW 25th CT for those who are travelling North (the wrong way) on NW 25th Ct? Please clarify the rules for the safety of all.
