This is a CODES issue.
Do you damn job for a change, and investigate the excessive construction which is taking place without permits.
Noise is covered by the city noise ordinance...and construction isn't supposed to take place after 8pm on a Sunday per city codes and ordinance.

Constant construction noise which usually begins at 7pm and lasts until 11pm or midnight....this has been going on for over a year.
It's obnoxious and inconsiderate to expect adjacent neighbors to have to listen to all of this construction racket on a Sunday night - EVERY weekend - for a year. It sounds like one guy is building a house.
Make it stop.
FYI...No one wants to hear the sound of a sawzall at 10pm on a Sunday....

DASmith - I think it's not only common sense, but also basic neighborhood courtesy to not run a sawzall and a tile saw at 10pm at night-- especially on a Sunday -- don't you?
