This has been reported to the SFMTA Sustainable Streets division. A new survey will need to be conducted.
Call 311 or send an email to sustainable.streets@sfmta.com to request new bike racks or to request maintenance on existing bike racks. Also see www.sfmta.com/bikeparking.
