Sadly I could only add one picture, but I’m a new home owner (townhouse). Behind my back yard the alley way stays flooded, hasn’t rained in 3 days and that’s what it looks like still. All the other alley ways have a concrete path poured to drain the water but our alley way is just mud. It’s the stretch of 30ft, and because the alley stays flooded the water keeps me and my neighbors’ yards flooded.
Please address and resolve the issue
