Description

There is an alley of stairs that connect 14th ave to 17th ave and also lead down to several properties-- stairs under the city's jurisdiction and not private home owners-- that are decrepit and EXTREMELY unstable. Dilapidated, chunks of concrete falling, some stairs are so worn you have to skip over them. Hand rails missing, and extremely dim. I'm amazed no one has snapped their neck on these stairs.
