In the late summer, 4-5 paper contractor trash bags were dumped on the sidewalk between Washington Avenue and Alter Street. The trash has sat there, and through rain and snow has simply been spread out across the width of sidewalk. This is along the brick wall of the abandoned gas sales store on the SW corner of 12th and Washington. Children regularly walk through here to get to school daily.
