on-going. bakery trucks block alley, mascaro doesn't pick up all of the trash, then code sometimes goes after the house owners. contract for trash has fines built in for non-compliance, and boro charges extra $300 year for trash pickup, WHERE IS THE SERVICE THAT CITIZENS DESERVE

Mascaro can not pick up the trash if the truck and men can not get to it. Police need to ticket the vehicles who block the alley on trash day so Mascaro can do its job.

They don't pick up the trash even it they can get down the street/ally. I have had to call several time cause the skipped my place and then the following week I got a notice that I exceed the 4 bag limit....West End is the worst...

west end is ignored most of the time but lately the trash cans are being emptied, but there still are some just throwing the trash out in bags so it's starting to look like a dump with all the loose trash in the alley
