New Year - we need new plan. Loud marauding motorcycles have kicked off the Eastern Ave Roadway. Police blotter describes weekly offenses for non-conforming motorists. Don’t you want to avert an accident?? Uninsured, unlicensed and unregistered- and terrorizing Chelsea residents!!? I want to feel SAFE ..I Do not feel safe in my home
