Description

Eastbound Warwick Rd. @Laurel Rd. traffic light. Left turn arrow appears when no car is in left lane. Arrow will not appear if only 2-3 cars are in right lane. (Probably an induction sensor calibration is needed. Left lane sensor is reading cars in right lane).
