Hi There! My husband is handicapped (uses crutches) and we had a terrible time trying to find a handicapped parking spot that was accessible for him downtown. They are half full of snow. We had to block a parking garage entrance (near Community Bank) while I helped him up the snowy ramp, then I had to park, jutting out into the street. He couldn't make it down the ramp to get back in the car, so I had to back up to the next driveway to assist him into the car. We noticed several other handicapped spots with the same issue. Could the sidewalk plow perhaps be used to clear the handicapped spots a little better, after they're done with sidewalks? Thank you for your consideration!
