Traffic requests are reviewed by the City’s Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC). In order to have your request reviewed by TAC, please use the following link to download the TAC Request form, http://www.ssf.net/home/showdocument?id=8796. On the TAC Request form, please provide your contact information and a full description of the traffic issue. Return the completed form to the Engineering Division via fax, mail or drop it off at our counter located at 315 Maple Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
