The DPW crews are out working all year round doing clean ups and any day over 32 degrees we sweep more than any other city around us. What should happen here is the homeowner should take a little pride and clean up in front of their home. The dpw does not have staff to maintain every frontage

Unfortunately in this case the owner does not live in this property , perhaps action needs to be taken by inspectional services to hold the landlord accountable for their tenants .

I spoke with the landlord this AM and told him that he must speak with all of his tenants and inform them there is only one trash day a week and that the trash must be packaged and placed in a way and at a time 9 day of collection ) that animals will not have the opportunity to open the bags.
