Description

To whom it may concern,
The Harbor Isle lake has been through some major changes over the last year - 18 months and now it has peaked with some sort of very foul odor.
In fact, I believe my family's health has taken a turn for the worse (headaches, allergies, asthma) in the last two weeks since this smell has been around.
Can you please investigate further and get back to the residents?
