This is my second post about this. Weekly trash collection continues to litter our street, accumulating into a bigger and bigger problem each week. I have noticed the increase in complaints about rats on here and this is just one factor adding to that problem. Please address this. It's unacceptable for our street to be left with this much litter from fallen trash during collection. I will add more pictures in the comments.
