This house also has multiple vehicles that are DEFINITELY NOT street legal. Those same vehicles speed up and down the street every day starting at 530 am. They always feel the need to rev up their engine causing the car to backfire and wake up my entire family. Multiple residents have called and called only to be told "we can't do anything unless we catch them" A Chicopee Police Officer lives on this same street AND his Cruiser is parked (when off duty) in the driveway, Thats not a bash on him but just shows you how Brazen, Selfish and Disrespectful these kids are. I'd be willing to bet they rent that house. This street was perfectly quiet and respectful prior to this behavior.

I feel the same way as you do, I myself been a resident on this street for the past 50 years and never had a issue until this house was sold well over a year ago.

There are 2 dogs licensed at that address.

2 of the vehicles that fly up and down the street have NO Inspection sticker on the windshield which means...

1. The car is unregistered or uninsured or both.
2. The car won't pass inspection....Usualy means it is unsafe,unfit and a danger to the safety of law abiding and responsible vehicle owners.
3. They just haven't had time to get it inspected.

I'd be willing to bet # 3 does not apply to this continued Illegal activity.

Seems as though nothing has been done or will be done to correct this situation except to verify there is in fact 2 registered/licensed dogs. I think I'll contact News 22 On Your Side.

The reinspection date for the unregistered vehicle is March 18th.

The habitual offenders are Plate = 2AKB91 = Tan& Grey Subaru / 5YA817 = Blue Subaru. There's 1 more black car with no Inspection sticker, ill post when we are able to get the plate.

We are 16 months into this same problem, same house, same people, same cars.

The 3rd car that has NO Inspection sticker..... Plate = 2EMR51 / Black vehicle, it been modified so it's hard to tell the make and model. Best guess is a Saturn / it's a 4 door.

Plate = 2AKB91 = Tan& Grey Subaru / 1115 am / 3-16-2020 / Just flew down the street easily 40 to 45 mph. Muffler is so loud I can hear the car all the way to east street and then down east street.

They must have had bad news on the 03/18 re-inspection?

5YA817 = Blue Subaru. 241pm on 3/18 ..... Driven by the same girl as always not only speeds down the street but revs her engine (as she does daily) and the car backfires so loud it scared my kids in the yard.

Hey I live at that address. All my vehicles are Insured And registered. Also I have a dash cam that tells my speed on recording and it’s pretty consistent 15-18mph in the am and afternoon has not passed 25mph. I didn’t know you were cops and could guess my speeds. Looks like someone’s just trying to screw me over. It’s called having a hobby. I like cars. I like fixing cars. It’s not illegal to own more then one car or work on my own cars on my property.

Your friends doing 50mph down the side streets than parking in front of your house certainly aren't helping you. Tan Lexus if you care to know. There's a lot of kid's in the area and you live right in front of the park. Might wanna say something.

Thank you, I really do appreciate it. I can't speak for the rest of the neighborhood. But the speeding IMO was always the biggest issue and I feel like a lot of this is possibly stemming from that. I don't want to be another person in the neighborhood giving you a hard time. I honestly love your car and a few others that I've seen over there. I totally get it, you love your car and you love working on cars it your passion. It's a good and expensive passion lol but honestly from what I'm reading it's really just coming down to respect and consideration for your neighbors.
